To order products from Michele Knight Ltd. simply fill in the ‘online booking form’ or telephone through your requirements. Payments by all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please include full card number and issue number where appropriate, expiry date and the name as it appears on the card. We only process your card when the reading is booked.

Most orders are delivered within 1/28 days, however if there is to be a delay we will contact you and give you an opportunity to modify or cancel your order.


Your guarantee of satisfaction.
I am passionate about this service and want you to be totally satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Michele Knight Ltd. reading within the first 5 minutes, please tell the reader that you are not connecting and call the office back on 020 7497 2423 whereby we will give you a FULL refund on your credit card or arrange another reading with another reader. We want you to feel comfortable and happy with your reader. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of any complaint please email, telephone email michele@micheleknight.co.uk

Overflow
While I handpick all my own psychics on occasion I may use an overflow service of top psychics which I approve and vet. These psychics are of the same quality as Michele Knight Psychics and I monitor and handpick these in a similar way to my own.




Live Readings

Live Readings are charged at £1-50 at all times. All calls are recorded and you must have the telephone bill payer's permission to call this service and be over 18 years of age.
